Brush some water on the decal surface (the side with the color) and place it on the flat surface of the plastic wet or leather hard clay work, then use a dry hake brush to drive out the air in between the paper and clay surface. And then may apply the clear glaze on the top as usual then fire it in the temperature whatever needed. The firing temperature can be up to cone 10.
