The 10-sided TnF-23-3 comes in deluxe 3” thick sidewalls, lid and bottom. This is 20% thicker than the standard 2 1/2” thick bricks. Since the TnF-23-3 is designed to fire porcelain and stoneware, it will easily handle low-fire ware. The massive TnF-23-3 lid is easy to lift with the exclusive, patented Paragon counter-balance LiteLid. The LiteLid reduces the strain and wall flex on the kiln body from the pressure of the lid. This lengthens the life of the firebricks. The LiteLid eliminates cumbersome pulleys and ropes. The 24” wide stand for 10-sided kilns supports the brick bottom with framing that is 4 1/2” wide across the top of each side. The stand accommodates the Orton Kiln Vent and is rock-steady, with a 16-gauge frame and heavy 12-gauge legs.
