This kiln is suitable for copper enameling, glass fusing & slumping and PMC work. The 186GFE runs on 120 volts and comes equipped with either the Model 3k Digital Controller as standard equipment or the V6-CF Controller is optional for an additional cost. The 12-key digital control has six user programs designed specifically for glass. This kiln is configured as a conventional top-loader and clamshell for the ultimate versatility. A glass quartz porthole may be added for viewing glass within the kiln during firing. Elements in the lid and sidewalls provide accurate, even heating throughout the kiln and enhanced control during slumping and fusing.
