Jungle Gems Crystal glazes are now non-toxic, yet still provide all the brilliant sparkle, explosion and color as the previous leaded version.Crystal Glazes are a base glaze with crystals of contrasting glaze that spread out during firing to produce a burst of color. The dramatic effects obtained are almost endless as the crystals melt and flow during firing, letting the colors burst and bloom. This line of glazes is easy to use and produces beautiful results, making them a standard for the ceramic artist. Fire to cone 06. If more flow is desired, fire to cone 05.
