24" Standard Slab Roller Package w/ Bucket Wing, Blank Wing & Bottom Shelf

 

Includes 4' table, canvas, wagon wheel handle, and hardware. Standard Slab Rollers are manufactured in 18" and 24" widths and have rollers that are 2.5" in diameter. The work tables are 48" long with the rollers positioned in the center. The crank handle drives the bottom roller directly on these models. Our trademark "WagonWheel" drive handle that is standard on our Super Slab Rollers, may be ordered for the Standard Slab Rollers as an additional accessory item. All North Star Slab Rollers have two rolls, much like the wringer of an old-fashioned washing machine. Both rolls have a small diamond-pattern ("knurling") machined directly into the roller surface. The small diamonds knurled into the rollers grasp the roller canvas very securely to ensure it is fed evenly through the rollers. The result is a very uniform finished slab with less air pockets and other deformities that may cause cracks upon firing.

 

End wings, or "extension" just fold down against the legs when not in use.  Bucket Wing opening fits a 5 gallon plastic bucket, OR an included 15" plastic throwing bat to close the hold and make a smooth, level top when a bucket is not being used.  Wings measure 24x24x3/4" and can support up to 100 pounds each.
